• We may update prices, offers, or product availability at any time without prior notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when you complete the order.

4. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order (for example due to stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud).
• After you place an order you will receive a confirmation by SMS/email when available. Order status can be tracked via Track Order or your account.

   We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (for example cash on delivery, mobile financial services, or cards where enabled). You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise the charge for the full order amount including delivery fees.
6. Delivery

• Delivery is available within Bangladesh to the address you provide.
• Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to location, courier conditions, or unforeseen events.
• Please ensure your phone number and address are correct. Failed delivery due to incorrect details may incur extra charges or cancellation as per our Returns policy.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds
   Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns Policy. Please review that page before ordering. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed, within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item.
8. User account
   If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

   All content on this website (logo, text, images, design) is owned by ACHOL Fashion or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
